He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Stamper and Romaine Stamper; and his sisters, Joan Hensley and Donna Coleman. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Stamper; his children, Wesley Stamper, Todd Stamper (Elaine) and Kim Stamper; his grandchildren, Zach, Allie, Blaine, Tyler, Alexia and Nathan; and his siblings, Jackie Trohaugh, Judy Hill, Tom Stamper (Sheryl), Richard Stamper (Vicki) and Donald Stamper (Theresa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
