He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Jillian Booth (Adam Booth) and Paige Starkey (John Horn); his grandsons, Kaeden, Liam and Barrett Booth; his mother Joyce Starkey; his siblings, Robert Starkey (Kim), Ronald Starkey (Danielle), John Starkey Jr. and Lori Whetstone (Eddie); his mother-in-law Caroline Reese; and his sister-in-law Diane Renninger (Bobby).
