She is survived by: her parents, Doug Frazier (Pam) and Deanna (Don); her significant other Monica Hamilton; her sister Jessica Little (Scott) of Georgetown, Kentucky; and her nieces and nephews, Chase and Kensi Little. She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
