She was predeceased by: her parents, John Adkins and Sharron Adkins (George); and her nephew Brian Adkins. She is survived by: her husband Tom O'Connors; her son Tommy O'Connors; her grandson Bryce O'Connors; her siblings, Wendy Moorman, John Daniel Adkins (Chris), Larry Adkins (Sherry Rinehart) and Traci Lemaster (Larry); and her siblings' children, Tiffany Adkins-Cooper, John Adkins, Michael Adkins (Miranda), Rhiannon Carmen (Jesse), Zachary (Sara), Jacob, Peyton Lemaster, Dustin Penix, Tyler Adkins (Kayla) and Mark Adkins (Kaitlin).
