Moreno, Julian Cazares, and Lliyiana Moreno; grandparents: Debra Moreno and Dale Hart; aunts and uncles: Dale and Bree Hart, Sherri and Joe Urbina; great-aunt and uncle: Tiyu and Chester Blevins, Kim Hunt; great-grandparents: Doris Waller and Roy (Bud) Waller; cousins: Shanti Urbina, Miguel Urbina, Preston Hart, Cameron Hart, Demetta Waller-Flores, Doris Blevins, Chester Blevins III, Roy Blevins, Nelie Urbina, Nakoa Urbina, and Larry Birt; other: David Cage; and many cousins and several others.
In his memory, memorial contributions may be made to the Nationwide Children's Hospital ICU and to the Ronald McDonald House.
