He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Shank and Lilly Shank; and his siblings, Carol Finger, Arthur Shank and Rollin'Kenneth'Shank.

He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Shank; and his children, Lori Fisher (Phillip), Tamara Harris (Earl), Lance Humphrey (Nichole), Shelby Dowdy (Ralph), Mark Shank and Taryn Shank.
