With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah D. Harlow (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on April 14, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Bernard Butcher; her brothers, Dwayne and D'Norris Butcher; and her grandparents, Edgar and Dorothy McNeal.

She is survived by : her mother LeeAnn Butcher; her siblings, Denise Parker, Dedra Thompson (Don) and Delita Butcher; her aunt Joy Cox; her children, Ed McNeal (Kara Collins), Bobbi Fraker, Robb Morgan (Kate) and Jason Morgan; and her grandchildren, Jazmin Malone, Max McNeal, Amanda Bohn, Troy Fraker, Megan Morgan, Sam Hamilton and Audrey Morgan. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, other extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer - Southwest Chapel (3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
