Deborah Stephens Obituary

Deborah Stephens, born on January 13, 1951, passed away on September 26, 2026. Deborah leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ortman and Ruth Ortman (Raidiger); and her siblings, Judy Kay Ortman, David (Peggy) and Donald Ortman (Carol).

She is survived by: her husband Paul Stephens; her children, Jason Stephens (Tonya) and Crystal Souder; her grandchildren, Trey Milush (Mary), Zander Stephens and Daniel Souder; and her great grandchild Roman Milush. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends as well as her many beloved pets.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Myers-Woodyard Funeral Home (587 Main St, Groveport, OH 43125). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
