She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Trainor, Sr. and Evelyn M. Trainor (Hill); her son Robert (Bob); and her brothers, Leonard J. Trainor (Jim) and Robert W. Trainor, Jr. (Bob).
She is survived by: her husband Michael L. Cook, Sr. (Mike); her children, Michael, Jr., Cari Crawford (Mike Lohrer) and Sheri Davis (Scott, Sr.); her daughter-in-law Joyce Ingold Cook; her grandchildren, Keegan Crawford, Carson Cook, Cassidy Duke (Cameron), Connor Cook, Scott Davis, Jr. (Kim), Seth Davis and Sierra Davis; her sister June Williamson; and her nephews, Marc Wolfe and Robert W. Trainor, III (Rob).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Kobacker House of Columbus, OH.
