He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Rowan and G. Gail Rowan; and his sister Irene. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Estella; his children, Lori, Tami (Bryce) and Scott (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Christopher, Alex, Cierra, Casey, Savannah (Levi), Luke, London and Cameron; and his nephew James.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens (5600 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43213).
