He is survived by: his wife Jerlane Forrest; his children, Donna Forrest Wooddell (Raymond), Julie Kennedy (David), Ronald Forrest and James Forrest; his sister Mary Jane Brennan; his grandchildren, Ashlee (Corey), Crystal, Steven (Carlee), Cathy (Matthew), Jason (Haley), Katelyn (Sean), Preston and Skylar (Weston); and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Aria, Emma, Madison, Matt, Kylie, Hunter and Bellamy.
