It is with sadness that the passing of Donald Hill (Columbus, Ohio) is shared. Donald, born on March 28, 1928, passed away on August 23, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hill and Della Hill; and his siblings, Robert, Harold, Dorothy and Jenetta.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Larry Hill (Sandy) and Peggy Stone (Robert); and his stepchildren, Bill Wise (Jeanie) and Ruth Soto (Jose). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St John Lutheran Church (2745 W Broad St, Columbus, OH 43204). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be sent to either St John Lutheran Church, 2745 W. Broad St., Columbus, OH, 43204 or ViaQuest Hospice, in Donald's name.
