He is survived by: his wife Karen Hoskinson (Fike); his sons, Gregory (Loretta) and Jeffrey Hoskinson; his granddaughters, Hailee Harper and Rylee Ann Hoskinson; and his siblings, Ron (Kate), Doug (Cheryl), Mike, Todd (Candy) and Jodi Pancoast (Garry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Don's name to Hope Hospice, 9470 HealthPark Circle, Fort Myers FL 33908.
