He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mook and Mary Stark; and his siblings, William Mook and Rebecca Johnston. He is survived by: his children, Lauren Keaton (Michael) and Matthew Friedrichs; his siblings, Marla Miller, Richard Stark (Kathy), Dicksie Stark, Shelly Stark and Jason Stark (Nicolette); and his nieces, Lelia Farley and Heather Miller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
