It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Phillips Jr. of Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Phillips and Mary E. Phillips; and his sister Connie Stewart. He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary Hall; his daughters, Nicole Hawkinberry and Tonya Phillips; his stepson Justin Hall (Chaleah); his sisters, Barbara Turpin (Benjamin) and Patty Phillips; his grandchildren, Mazie Hawkinberry, Braxton Hawkinberry, Cameron Clark and Dylan Hall; his siblings' children, Todd Hammond and Renata Sweigard; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Finelli (Mary Ellen), Betsy Finelli (Darren) and Lisa Lowe (Mike). He is also survived by family members and friends.

Due to current COVID-19 precautions, the number in attendance at the funeral home will be limited to 40 people; masks and social distancing will also be required during your visit.
