He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Wellbaum (Brandon); and his spouse Shirley Wellbaum (Gause). He is survived by: his children, Tony Wellbaum (Harriet) of Lima, OH, Kim Wellbaum (Rebecca) of Lima, OH and Brenda Fisher (Chet) of Knoxville, TN; and his grandchildren, Kelly Smith (Josh), Bryan Fisher (Andrea), Kayla Englehardt (John), Alexis Wellbaum and Jessica Wellbaum. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
