He is survived by: his significant other Barb Evans; his children, Charlie-ann Evans, Hailee Foster (Daniel), Melissa Shepard (BJ), Christina Shepard (Doug), Juliann Huffman (William), Douglas Shepard and David Shepard (Kirsten); his siblings, Roberta "Bull" Pack, Sharon Clark and Jack Fuller; his siblings' children, Angel, Lisa, Roo, Jr., Todd, Lacy, Bob and Josh; and his close friends, Robert and Melvin. He is also survived by many grandchildren.
