She is survived by: her husband Michael Goff; her mother Betty Shough of Columbus, OH.; her sons, Robert Rector (Brittney) of Columbus, OH, Michael Rector (Brittney) of Fort Gay, WV., Travis Johnson (Kayla) of Fort Gay, WV., Brandon Johnson (Samantha) of Fort Gay, WV. and Keith Johnson (Morgan) of Fort Gay, WV.; and her siblings, Charles, Crystal and Donnie.
