She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Perry; her daughter Samantha Hall-Devena (Ron); her grandchildren, Daphine Weiner of Hillsboro, OH., Cheyenne Hunt of Hillsboro, OH. and Brian Hunt of Hillsboro, OH.; her siblings, Wanda Walker of Columbus, OH, Ann Smith (Dickie) of Belfry, Judy Maynard of Dunlow, WV, Debbie Fairchild of Columbus, OH, Donnie Belcher of Columbus, OH and Clarence Belcher of Dunlow, WV; her brother-in-law Rick Perry of Galloway, OH.; and her pet Tinkerbell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.
