He is survived by: his parents, James Stout and Karen Stout; his children, Bristol Stout (Will), Tanner Stout (Lauren), Paige Wheeler (Brad) and Spenser Foust (Jeff); his sisters, Vickie and Christy; his niece Candace Webster; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Avery and Sydney Wheeler. He is also survived by his family, particularly his children and grandchildren.
