Stepp. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Sue Stepp (Jarrells); his children, Trisha Yates-Parks (Daniel Yates) of Ashville and Shawn Stepp of Waverly; and his grandchildren, Brandon Yates-Parks of Ashville and Stacie Stepp (Gail Tackett) of Waverly.
