He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Radugge (Helsel); his daughters, Kim Hoover, Kelley Duncan and Eydie Schilling; his grandchildren, Marissa Hart, Chris Duncan, Eric Hoover, Ben Hoover and Jeremy Hoover (Ed's); and his brother Richard.
