He is survived by: his son Sean Thompson; his daughter-in-law Nicole; his daughter Heather Thompson; his grandchildren, Andrew Thompson (Emily), Haley Reid, Chase Thompson (Katherine) and Sierra Rose Reid; his great grandchildren, Elena and Sophia Thompson; and his close friend Connie Pilkington.
