She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Bender. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Alicia (Matthew), Allison (Joseph), Ryan, Kristen (Tyler), Olivia, Cameron, Kaelyn, Kylie, Quinn, Kinsley, Addison and Lily. She is also survived by children with chronic illness and mothers and children.
Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Monday August 15th at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 E. BROAD ST. According to Edna's wishes, condolences can be expressed through a donation to University of Cincinnati College of Nursing, Nationwide Children's Hospital, and The Ohio State University College of Nursing where there is an endowment established to honor her work the Edna Menke Community Scholar Fund, fund # 482412.
