He was predeceased by: his father Paul; his son Paul Williams; and his sisters, Brenda Ellison and Mary Mack. He is survived by: his children, Edward Oats (Tahlia) and Felicia Wilson (Larry); his grandchildren, Dwayne Bowers, Michaella Oats, Eddie Oats Jr., Justus Lee, Carica Henry, Shayla Jackson, Jenee, Tamia Williams, Benjamin Mason-Bowers, Kayden Brown and DeSean Pollard Jr.; his great grandchildren, Jamal Jackson-Keller and Loren Jones; his siblings, Paul Still, Jr. (Linda) and Francine Wilson (Vincent); and his friends, Toni Everhart and Carol McElroy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
