He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Walters and Beatrice Walters; and his brothers, John and Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Carol Walters; his children, Becky Zibrik and Shamus Walters; his children-in-law, Mark and Melissa; and his grandchildren, Dane, Marco, Taven and Caden.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to OLPH parish/school.
