He was predeceased by: his father John Wesley; his wife Marilyn Koetz (Taylor); and his siblings, John T. Koetz (Mary Kay) and MaryEllen Frickie (Bernard). He is survived by: his children, Debbi Kelly (Larry Thorne), Kristin Brant (Richard) and John W. Koetz (Libby); his grandchildren, Edwin Kelly, Kristy Sanderson (Rob), Benjamin Brant (Kim Nydick), Jason Brant (Beth), Lee Kiesel (Jared), Joshua Koetz and Nicholas Koetz; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Josiah, Jonathan, Kaitlyn Kelly, Jeffery, William Desich, Thomas, Logan Sanderson, Wesley and Spencer Kiesel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
