She was predeceased by: her father Harry Glazos; her husband William J. Athens; and her daughter Angela Athens. She is survived by: her son Jon Athens; her siblings, Joanne and George Glazos; her nieces, Stephanie Gamble (Jason), Oliva and Mary; and her nephew John.
