He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Mansfield; his sister Dorothy Blakney; his wife Rosa Perkins; his children, Anthony Feagin (Jackie), Rose Marie Feagin, Bridget Denise Rodriguez (Sixto) and Kimberly Renee Perkins; and his grandchildren, Anthony Alexander Feagin, Michael Rodriguez, Christopher Davis, Samantha Feagin, Aaron Rodriguez and Amya Boyd.
