She was predeceased by: her husband Armando Gastaldo; her parents, Isaac Edwards and Beulah Edwards; and her brothers, Richard and Robert Edwards.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey (Dana Compton), Brian (Melissa Compton) and Chad (Beth Compton); her grandchildren, Britney Huettel (Nick), Cassaundra Compton, Blake Compton (Emma), Jacob Compton (Zach Wilson), Alexis Compton, Katherine Hilton, Connor Hilton (Melissa) and Christian Hilton; her great grandchildren, Zoe, Charlie and Millie Huettel; and her sister Evelyn Liebert. She is also survived by many step-children and step‑grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended relatives and family friends.
