He was predeceased by: his sister Sheteila Renee Crooks. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Galloway; his brothers, Alvin Crooks, Rolando Crooks (R. C.) and Albert Crooks Jr. (Chief); and his siblings' children, Dawaun Mack of Columbus and Rakesheia Crooks of Morgantown, W. V.. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins and friends.
