He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlo Lombardi and Maria Lombardi; and his brothers, Albert and Michael. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Casuccio Lombardi; his children, Albert, Thomas, Joseph Lombardi, Mary Angela Hatem (Patrick) of Columbus, Terri of Columbus and Carol Lombardi of Columbus; his grandchildren, Michael Lombardi (Annabel), Gabriel Lombardi (Amber), Meghin Lombardi (Ryan Boucher), Christopher Lombardi (Hannah), Ted Echemann, Tommy Lombardi (Molly), Angela Minto (Josh), Michelle Kammeraad (Riley), Gina Karlquist (Donny), Jessica Hatem (Grant Black) and Cara Hatem; and his great grandchildren, Avery Minto, Theo, Caroline, Benny Lombardi, Giana, Anthony, Olivia Karlquist, Kinsley Lombardi and Kaliyah Baer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
