He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Scott and Beulah Scott (McDaniel); his sisters, Saundra Sue Scott and Janice Kay Evans (Scott); his brother-in-law Lewis Keels; his nephew James Edward Evans; and his former wife Marva Scott (Smith).
He is survived by: his wife Anita Scott (Tubbs) of Orient, Ohio; his sister Garnet Leona Keels (Scott); his nephew Howard Evans-Zink (Dale) of Sonoma, California; his niece Rhonda; his siblings-in-law, Thomas Evans of Dunkirk, Ohio, Robert Turner of Dayton, Ohio, David Turner, James Turner (Cheryl) of Columbus, Ohio, Sharon Tubbs of Gahanna, Ohio, Vanessa Long (Richard) and Pamela Hogan of Dayton, Ohio; his cousin Ronald Jackson; and his close friends, Johnny Jackson, Kevin Dillard, Frank Banks and Travis Johnson. He is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
