He was predeceased by: his wife Annette; and his siblings, Norman, Milton, Arthur, Seymour, Morton Cohen, Gloria Wimer, Gladys Herwald and Helen Carroll.
He is survived by: his children, Howard Cohen (Jodi) and Susan Ungar (Matthew); his brother Donald Cohen; his grandchildren, Lindsay Acker (Kenny), Carly Blynn (Aaron), Nick Ungar and Brandon Cohen (Lindsey); and his great grandchildren, Collins, Tyler and Jemma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
