He was predeceased by: his parents, Columbus Haley and Jean Cantrell Haley. He is survived by: his daughters, Chandra Adcock (Joe) and Gina Arnold (Dennis); his grandchildren, Kealah Pelfrey (Dylan), Adam Arnold, Jordan Arnold (Molly), Bryson Arnold, Sam Arnold, Clark Adcock (Natalie) and Shara Adcock; and his close friend Billy Stacy (Wendy).
In addition to flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Keltonburg United Methodist Church, in memory of Eugene.
