She was predeceased by: her husband Charles K. Dale; her son Carlos D. Dale; her parents, Cassen Davis and Irene Davis; and her brother Marvin Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Carlene Davis-Dale of Columbus, OH and Ken W. Dale of Granville, OH.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
