He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sonny and Charlotte. He is survived by: his son Francis Dale Stevens; his grandson Aiden Lee Stevens; his sister Jeanie Matthews; and his friend Rhonda Musick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
