He is survived by: his wife Kathy Conrad; his daughter Erica Campbell; his son-in-law Bill Campbell; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Johnston, Alexis Campbell and Johnny Conrad Doseck Jr..

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Egan-Ryan Funeral Home (403 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43215).
