He is survived by: his wife Joanna M Hughes; his mother Becky Matthews (Bob); his siblings, Kelly L Hughes, Teresa Stegkemper (John) and Chad Hughes; his stepsiblings, Karen Matthews and Bob Matthews; his uncles, Cliff Miller (Denise) and Jack Miller (Patty); his sons, Gary W Hughes III (Brettney) and Joshua; his grandchildren, Dominick J Hughes (Kari Boyd), Hayden W Hughes (Nevaeh Fields), Alexis Hampton, Nathaniel Hughes and Ryder Hampton; and his great grandchildren, Niklaus, Brantlee and Evelina Hughes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
