He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bush and Garnet Bush; and his siblings, Margie Martin and Allen Bush. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Bush; his daughter Mandy Bush; and his sister-in-law Betty Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
