She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bosky and Beverly Bosky. She is survived by: her husband James; her sons, Christopher (Leigh Ann) and Corey (Brandy); her grandchildren, Trenton, Tyden, Olivia and Avery; her brother Thomas Bosky; and her close friend Germaine. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Central Ohio, 1379 Dublin Rd., Columbus, OH 43215.
