He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Dagayla Burks and Ashley Burks Moore (Franklin); his grandchildren, Franklin, Ashton, Jasmynn, Christian, Caiden and Jhaelynn; and his brother Paul Burks (Jeannette). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
