He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Bernard Neal and Minnie Mae Neal (Neal); his sister Janet Conley; and his daughter-in-law Carol Neal. He is survived by: his wife Etta Rea Neal (Bailey); his sons, Rodney Neal, Mark Neal (Katrina) and Gerald Neal (Kim); his brother Bernard Neal (Jill); and his brother-in-law Russell Conley. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
