She is survived by: her friend Geraldine McKenna; her children, Joi Maxey, Gilbert Maxey, Jr. (Nuemi) and Nicole McKenna; her sister JoAnne Hayden; her grandchildren, Elena Maxey, Emilio Maxey, Pilar Maxey, Cierra McKenna, DaShawn Benson, Jr., Naomi McKenna and Victory McKenna; her great grandchildren, Nastacia Reyes, Carmelo Jones and Damien Benson; her niece Lisa Tabler (Martin); and her friend Brian Hopkinson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (2650 W Dublin-Granville Rd, Columbus, OH 43225). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
