He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Lewis and Maude Lewis; his sister Dorothy; and his grandson Anthony Simmons. He is survived by: his son Richard Dean (Mary); his wife Martha Andrews (Marty); his grandchildren, Wendy Gilchrist (Lewis) and Nick Lewis; his great grandchildren, Steven Simmons, Alexis and Nicholas; and his extended family, David Andrews (Dinesha), Jim Andrews (Terry), Connie Russow (David), Diane Simonds (Harold) and Phyllis Richardson (Craig). He is also survived by several great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
