He is survived by: his wife Theresa Stump; his children, Amanda Hancock-Webb (Robert Webb), Joseph Hancock (Becky Hancock) and Talia Batchelder (Damon Batchelder); and his siblings, Charles Stump and Katherine Stump. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
