He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Alexander and Florence Delores Sroufe (Board); and his siblings, Stanley Alexander Jr., Frances Rae, Ronald George, Doris Ann, Louis William, Linda Jo, Jacquelyn Kay and Victoria Elaine.
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Anthony Robert, Delmas Gordon, Jeffrey Mayle and Lisa Gaines; his grandson Phillip Craig; and his great grandchildren, Phillip Jr. and Amelia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
