He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie; his former wife Betty (Wilson); and his parents, Walter Winyard Powell and Lillian Winifred Powell (Swain). He is survived by: his sons, David (Nancy), Erik (Missy), Craig and Norman Powell (Vicki); his stepchildren, Anne, Jeanne (Tom), John (Kathylynn) and Tom St. Pierre; his grandchildren, Jordan, Austin, Spencer, Remy, Loren, Amy, Addie, Michael, Summer, Jenna, Richard, Griffin, Tyler, Parker, Kevin, Clayton and Carter; and his great grandchildren, Kamilla, Henry and George.
