He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Warren and Susanna Warren. He is survived by: his siblings, Ron Warren (Tammy) of Sunbury and Sharon Hertan (Rick Schwartz); his nieces and nephews, Grant, Samantha, Katie and Lauren; and his great-nephew Carson.

In lieu of flowers the family request that a Donation in Harold's name be made to Delaware County Board of Disabilities 7991 Columbus Pike Lewis Center, OH 43035.
