He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelt Curtis and Mary Kathryn Curtis; his stepfather Merle "Huzzy" Neal; his siblings, Dennis Ray (Nancy), Shelton Wayne, Charles Edgar, Stanley Thomas, Anna Louise, Brinda and Joyce; and his grandson Preston.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Blythe (Chris); his sisters, Jackie Curtis and Marsheleen Curtis-Kuno (Carl); the mother of his child Rose Curtis; his daughter Carrie McDonald; his grandchildren, Brittany, Jenna (Taylor), Evan, Jasmine, Jordan and Jayden; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Jade and Eleena; and his sisters-in-law, Cindy and Vicki. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Northeast Chapel (3047 E Dublin Granville Rd, Columbus, OH 43231). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
